How lucky am I that I got to photograph one of my besties weddings this year! ESPECIALLY  with the nightmare that is called Covid-19 that has annihilated most social gatherings across the globe. 

Amy and Carl postponed it once and then had the badass approach of ‘f*** it we are getting married this year!’ After listening avidly to Boris’s updates, lots of planning, some adaptations, a very helpful wedding venue and most likely many bottles of wine and hair pulling it was all systems go and it was a beautiful intimate gathering that couldn’t have gone any better in my eyes. 

And once again, thank you Amy and Carl for asking me to capture your special day! 

With isolation relaxed to being able to meet with one person I seized the day and met with my cousin Ruby. She took me on an adventure over the Abbey Fields in Redditch. I’ve heard about ‘Five Tunnels’ but have never been and so was intrigued to find a brook with a mini waterfall, and low and behold.. 5 tunnels within the wall. We waited until all the dogs had finished frolicking in the water and then Ruby waded in and we got a few shots. 

I also met with my friend and fellow photographer Hannah and we practised some portrait shots on each other.
